Your team learns better where it works. That is why the class comes to your kitchen, and when that is not possible, the instructor is still live on the other side of the screen.

In your kitchen

Training on the line where your team works: your walk-in, your prep stations, your dish area. No travel for your staff.

Live online, instructor-led

A live class with a real instructor, not a recorded video. Your team asks questions and gets answers in real time.

ServSafe® classes in English and Spanish

Every class is taught in either language, so each person learns in the one they understand best.

04 Inspection prep

Health inspection preparation for Miami restaurants, before the inspector arrives

An inspection simulation shows you what an inspector would look at. We walk your kitchen with your team, point out what needs attention and train on how to fix it.

  • A walk-through of your kitchen, station by station
  • A clear list of what to correct and who owns it
  • Training for your team on the points that came up

A simulation prepares your team. It does not guarantee the result of an official inspection.
