Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send the request form, call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, your restaurant, your email address, your phone number, the program you are interested in, the size of your team, the language you prefer and your message.
Information from classes
When you attend a class, we record attendance details needed to document the training, such as your name, contact details and signature.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. It stores one preference in your browser, the language you chose, so the page opens in that language next time. Fonts and one script are loaded from third-party providers (Google Fonts and jsDelivr), which receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.
How we use your information
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To schedule and deliver the training you asked for.
- To document attendance and support the certification process.
- To contact you about the class or service you requested.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only when it is needed to provide the service: with the organizations that administer the exams and certificates you take, and with service providers that help us operate, such as email and hosting. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, and to meet legal and training-record obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to support@donmanager.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is intended for restaurant owners, managers and staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
